When did you move and why?
We wanted a better climate and work/life balance so, in January 2007, we moved to Cannes. We used to work in the City, but we're in property development here.

How do your homes compare?
In London, we lived in a lovely one-bedroom apartment on a leafy residential street. Now, we rent a two-bedroom apartment in the centre of town, with the sea, cafés and restaurants on our doorstep. Property is much cheaper here.

How has your diet changed?
We've become much healthier. Markets sell local produce, so we eat in most nights. We used to miss baked beans but we've just found a shop where we can buy them.
